Start the morning with half lemon squeezed into warm water or cleansing herb tea.
Breakfast:
Fresh vegetable juice ( you can choose from the list below)

- Wheat grass
- Spinach
- Kale
Add a tablespoon of chia seeds to your juice for extra fiber and power boost.
Lunch:
Row or lightly steamed vegetables with a variety of seasonal preferable Organic vegetables ( you can choose from the list below)

- 600 ml of low salt vegetable stock
- 2 tablespoon of tomato puree
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Chop all the vegetables
- Heat the oil in a large saucepan, add the onion and cook for five minutes
- Add the celery and carrots, cook for two minutes
- Stir in the lentils , herbs, stock,puree and pepper and bring to the boil
- Cover and simmer for 20 minutes until the lentils are soft
- Stir in the courgettes and mushrooms and cook for further 10 minutes
- Transfer to a casserole dish for serving
